Course Overview
In this course, we’ll share insights and strategies on how individuals and organizations can build effective Scrum teams and the role of the Scrum Master in helping teams excel in design & build projects. Through a combination of hands-on exercises, discussion, and real-world case studies from successful projects, you will learn how to implement the Scrum Framework in design & construction.

Course Prerequisites
This training is for all levels of Scrum experience. There are no prerequisites.
Credential Process
Course fee includes access to the Scrum Master by Scrum Inc.™ exam. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their Scrum Master™ by Scrum Inc.™ (SMSI) credential with a Design & Construction endorsement signed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland.
