CLASS DESCRIPTION

The Scrum Trainer by Scrum Inc.™ course is designed to equip trainers and coaches with the tools needed to effectively teach the key principles and patterns underlying Scrum and to enable learners to drive immediate business results and ensure that Scrum has a lasting transformative impact.

This intensive 5-day training will focus on innovative instructional techniques as well as evidence-based practices for delivering twice the work in half the time in organizations around the globe so that you can deliver maximum value to your students.

Trainers will leave this course with hands-on experience teaching the Agile Education Curriculum to a live audience of students. 

Trainers accepted into the program will have a track record of implementing Scrum within an organization. Further, they will be committed to 1) continuous improvement of their Scrum practice and Scrum training; 2) contributing to the knowledge-base of the Agile Education community, and 3) changing people's lives for the better.
